Elite ships are ships that have been fully upgraded, they are stronger than stock or not fully upgraded ships. Once a ship has been made elite, players can choose 3 different elite bonuses that gives a significant boost of a specific ship stat. If you have applied a bonus already and wish to change bonuses, Gold can be used. Bonuses can also be changed by selling and buying the ship again, but beware that the selling price is half the price tag, meaning only 50% of the ship price will be given when sold, unless you have bought 3 equipments to fill the 3 equipment slots.
