General information
Kagerō (陽炎 Mirage) was the lead ship of the 19-vessel Kagerō-class destroyers built for the Imperial Japanese Navy in the late-1930. They were the first to take advantage of Japan’s lead in torpedo technology. Despite being one of the most powerful classes of destroyers in the world at the time of their completion, only one survived the Pacific War.
In Game Description
The Kagero-class destroyers were built before WWII and featured new 610mm torpedoes, giving them excellent offensive power at long range.
