New York was an Updated version for Wyoming which removed her other turret to add a bigger Caliber gun. New York is consider by many as a new design incorporating the All-or-Nothing Armor Scheme which means all the armor will be located to the most important rooms like the Citadel, the Magazine Machinery and the Ammunition box along with the Conning Tower, which was given the majority of the Armor while on the meantime the Fore and Aft Ends were given slightly less Armor.
